Principal Air Ltd. is the only licensed fixed wing charter carrier in Chilliwack. We offer Charter Service accommodating up to 3 passengers to destinations in Southwest British Columbia. We travel according to your schedule.  With Principal Air's Charter Service you can be in the air heading to your destination of choice in less than 15 minutes from when you arrive at the airport.  Avoid ferry lineups and the wasted time of driving. Save time, hassle and money. Fly directly to your destination, in comfort at a time that best suits you.


• The cost of the charter includes the aircraft departing from Chilliwack and pilot for the duration of the flight.

• Up to three people can travel for the same price. With our private charter service, you pay for the aircraft not the seat.

Fares are quoted one way. If you are only going to be at your destination for a few hours we will have the pilot wait for you for a nominal charge of $70/hr up to $350 for the day and the first 30 minutes is free (wait time is sometimes not available). You may then fly back with us for the same low price. Custom trips are available at our hourly rate of $220.00 or $2.20 per nautical mile.

Our Charter Aircraft

Principal Air Ltd. operates a Piper Cherokee Warrior, PA28-151, as our Charter Services aircraft. The Cherokee Warrior is a single engine, low wing monoplane. The aircraft is commercially registered, insured and fully equipped for your safety and comfort. It provides seats for four people: a pilot and up to three passengers. It has a cruise speed of 130 mph (210 kph). It’s top speed is 145 mph (235 kph) and a cruising range of up to 720 statute miles. The baggage area is 24 cubic feet and can accommodate up to 200 lbs of baggage or cargo.

Our Charter pilots are highly trained to provide you with a safe and comfortable flight.
