5.01 Except for ultra-light aeroplanes and balloons, which documents shall be carried on board
when flying a radio equipped Canadian privately registered aircraft? Items A, B and

  1. Certificate of Airworthiness or Flight Permit.
  2. Certificate of Registration.
  3. Technical log.
  4. Crew licences.
  5. Radiotelephone Operator's Restricted Certificate.
  6. Type certificate.
  7. Aircraft journey log book, unless otherwise authorized by the Minister.
  8. Proof of liability insurance.
